Bio
I am an educational innovation and student leadership advocate based in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico. I currently serve as Director of Continuous Improvement, Academic Innovation, and Educational Outreach at Colegio Morelos and Colegio México, where I work closely with students, teachers, and academic leaders to create meaningful learning experiences beyond the traditional classroom.
I am deeply passionate about the worlds of Model United Nations and TEDx because I believe young people grow the most when they are trusted with real responsibility, creative freedom, and opportunities to lead. Much of my work focuses on developing academic events and student-driven initiatives that encourage critical thinking, collaboration, public speaking, and global awareness.
One of the aspects of my work that I value most is mentoring student logistics teams and empowering young organizers to take active roles in planning and executing conferences and community events. To me, leadership is not only taught — it is experienced.
Beyond my professional work, I deeply value family, human connection, and the creation of spaces where ideas can inspire positive change. Through TEDxMorelos, I hope to foster conversations that help young people navigate the challenges of modern life with greater confidence, empathy, and purpose.
I'm passionate about
Teaching and learning. Creating experiences and enjoying every one of them. Making mistakes and understanding how to avoid them next time.
An idea worth spreading
Think about your class in a "Free Space" for you and your students. Let them be the owners of their learning. Don't forget that those guys are also one of the best sources of teaching for you. Create a community in your school, connect different subjects, teachers, students, and even schools. These links will make the teaching and learning processes stronger and truly effective.

The TED story
So far, TED and I are just meeting for the first time. I'm trying to join some of TED's communities. Hope we can get a better relationship soon enough.
