Bio

Jen is a proven leader known for innovative solutions that deliver results. She is an experienced change agent with 20 years in the wireless industry including Business/Enterprise Sales, Business Transformation, Channel Development, Marketing and Customer Service. Jen has an award winning portfolio of achievements includes sales execution and delivery, customer experience transformation, change implementation, service revenue optimization, and Business Transformation / Lean Six Sigma sustainable business process improvements. She recently took a new role as Director, Business Sales for Southern California. Previously, she spent 5.5 years in Business Transformation and was most recently Director supporting our End-to-End Customer Journey and Simplification efforts. She is excited to get back to her roots in B2B while bringing a new perspective from her time in Business Transformation. Jen has dual degrees in Communications Studies and Political Science from the University of San Diego. She is a certified Black Belt and has a her 40-hour Domestic Violence certification. Giving back to her community is important to Jen and over the years she has volunteered for various organizations focused on leadership and organizational development, women’s empowerment and education for disadvantaged communities. One of her proudest contributions is has been her participation over the past 9 years for the President’s Award winning STEM organization, Ocean Discovery Institute. Jen loves to travel internationally, cook and spend time with friends and family. She was born in California but moved 18 times before she was 21. She has spent the last year at Verizon HQ in NJ and recently moved back to SoCal with her wife Jackie their dog Little Man.
