Bio
I'm a designer, producer, and co-director of We Came In Peace, a creative studio specializing in connective spaces and experiential campaigns. WCIP is based in New York City and Los Angeles, and our work spans art installations, pop-up shops, branded environments, event design and production for projects both large and small in cities around the country. I've designed and produced experiences for large brands such as Roberto Cavalli, Virgin Mobile, Conde Naste, Cafe Bustelo, LVMH, Nike, CreativeTime, Microsoft, Porsche and Starwood Hotels, as well as installations for non-profit organizations, arts groups, and emerging fashion designers.
I'm passionate about
Storytelling through spaces. How the parameters of one's environment can influence the narrative of that temporal experience. how people write the story of that moment together. Reimagining Detroit.

The TED story
I'd like to organize a TEDx experience focused on building a minimal carbon footprint - powered by emerging sustainable technologies, engaging the people of the communities in which we build our conference, with environments built from the ground up by TEDsters themselves. I love the idea of a more experimental vision for this experience - with site-specific installations by artists and designers....bridging the gap between the futuristic dialogue of the TED talks themselves and the actual living experience we have during the conference.
