Bio

Hey there! I'm Dr. Prashun, the heart and soul behind the Ozonead Group of Companies, a vibrant hub of diverse businesses in Malaysia. With an MBA and a Doctorate in Business Administration focused on Marketing Management, I’m dedicated to understanding brand growth, client relations, and crafting solutions that make organizations thrive. My journey over the past nine years as a Chief Marketing Consultant has taken me across various industries, allowing me to witness the impact of powerful marketing strategies. Recently, I co-founded Mindbeez Consulting, a social enterprise committed to education and career guidance, with a vision to bridge the gap between dreams and reality. As a Professional Growth Strategist, I find immense fulfillment in empowering individuals to unlock their potential and supporting them on their journey to success. Passionate about continuous learning and fostering meaningful connections, I’m actively involved with the Career Development Association of Kenya (CDAK), Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA), and the International Association for Education & Vocational Guidance (IAEVG), all of which drive my commitment to advancing Malaysia’s professional landscape. My ambition is to further expand my expertise in education, especially in areas like educational leadership, policy, instructional design, and online learning, with the goal of shaping future-ready individuals and institutions.

I'm passionate about

I’m passionate about lifelong learning and the journey of personal growth and skill evolution. I believe education never truly ends; instead, it transforms alongside us, keeping us adaptable and prepared for the future. Helping individuals become future-ready through continuous learning is at the core of my work, whether it’s in career guidance, educational leadership, or social enterprise. For me, there’s immense satisfaction in empowering others to reach their potential and fostering a culture where learning is a lifelong pursuit, shaping not only successful careers but also resilient, innovative communities.

An idea worth spreading

One of the most impactful ideas worth spreading is the concept of lifelong learning as essential to becoming future-ready. In a world where technology, industries, and the nature of work are evolving at an unprecedented pace, cultivating a mindset of continuous learning empowers individuals to remain adaptable, resilient, and relevant. This idea goes beyond traditional education; it emphasizes personal growth, skill evolution, and the pursuit of knowledge as ongoing journeys. By embracing lifelong learning, individuals and organizations can drive innovation, adapt to change gracefully, and tackle new challenges with confidence. This approach doesn’t just prepare people for the future as it enables them to shape it.

The TED story

People often ask me why I spend so much time organizing TEDx. The answer is simple. I have seen what happens when one person is given the opportunity to be heard. Throughout my journey in education, career guidance, and community development, I have met countless young people with extraordinary potential. They had ideas, dreams, and talents, but many lacked confidence, guidance, or a platform to share their voices. It wasn't because they were incapable. It was because no one had ignited that first spark. That realization stayed with me. I began to believe that changing a life does not always require changing the world. Sometimes, it begins with changing the way one person thinks. A single conversation. A single mentor. A single opportunity. A single idea. That is why TEDx resonates so deeply with me. TEDx is more than a stage. It is a place where ordinary people share extraordinary ideas. It reminds us that expertise is valuable, but lived experiences and authentic stories can inspire just as powerfully. When I organized TEDxSeremban, and later the first TEDxSeremban Youth, my goal was never simply to host another event. It was to create a platform where young people could discover possibilities they had never considered, where speakers could challenge perspectives, and where every person in the audience could leave with one idea capable of changing the direction of their lives. Because ideas spread. Confidence spreads. Hope spreads. And when one spark lights another, the impact becomes limitless. That is my TED story. Not because I stand on the stage. But because I believe every person deserves the chance to find their own stage. And perhaps, all they need is one spark.
