The TED story
This is my second TED Women. I had the honor of hearing Maya Penn's TED talk when she was 13. It was incredible. I'm honored that she's now on my board of directors for my nonprofit OneGreenThing, which focuses on how to ease eco-anxiety through joyful daily action. I also spoke at TEDXBoston in November 2022. My talk "Think Like an Awesome Ancestor: A Daily Practice to Ease Eco-Anxiety" lays out my approach to climate action. Everyone is welcome and needed in this movement. Come as you are. My work at OneGreenThing - in my book and at the nonprofit- is to help more people "see" themselves in climate action and leverage their strengths in service to this-- the biggest challenge of our lifetime. As a consultant, I help organizations connect with philanthropists, focus on their strategic priorities, and make as biggest impact possible to create a greener, healthier, more just future.
