An idea worth spreading
What if you could institutionalize physical education for adults the same way it's done during primary school? What if all adults were required to participate in daily physical fitness? As a child, physical education was my least favorite class. I dreaded the drills, running, pull-ups, and gym uniforms. As an adult, I started weight-lifting with a trainer a year ago and it has completely transformed the choices I make and the way I understand my identity.
