After a master's degree in Eco Sciences and a DESS in Marketing, Béatrice Duboisset worked for nearly 15 years in IT services consulting, as an employee, in sales management positions. In 2005, she decided to do an Executive MBA at HEC. This period inspires her, enriches her and leads her to realize that she must change careers. She immerses her curiosity in communication at a time when the advent of social networks and blogs position digital communication as a new essential channel of expression for brands and individuals. She offers her advice to women and men in general management positions, immediately putting people, emotion, commitment and storytelling at the center of her support. At the same time, since 2013, Béatrice has been involved in social issues concerning equality such as the promotion of women and reflection on the education of tomorrow with the creation of the TEDxChampsÉlysées events. She will thus develop expertise in speaking coaching, firstly with many women but also with men, relying on the well-known TED method. By organizing these events on a voluntary basis, she will also develop expertise in event format and programming. In 2015, she created humeaning, an operational strategic consulting firm in societal engagement. Humeaning consultants work for a more humane, more sustainable and more efficient business world. In 2019, she created SPEAK(H)ERS, a tailor-made support program for speaking based on the experience and methodology she has developed since 2013. In 2020, she created Les 1nspirés, an event consultancy offer (format, programming, content). In 2021, she created LEADHERS, a support program to help individuals take their place in the company and in society. Since April 2022, I have returned to the digital world by joining Infortive, an interim management firm dedicated to IT, as Account Director.
