Freeman Dickie is a business developer and supply chain specialist with a wide track record in supply chain operations and logistics management in two major Mozambican Transport Corridors under challenging circumstances. In addition, he has diverse experience in strategic coordination and integration of key logistics processes across business functions, from Multinational companies operating in Mozambique to managing start-ups. He has had an active role in business development for start-ups in Mozambican’s dynamic daily reality. By making use of Lean (six sigma) principles, Freeman has managed to adapt international standards to local operational levels improving the long term supply chain performance and deliverable. Has more than 14 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
