An idea worth spreading

Crowdsourcing is the "flattener" that will empower the next generation of creative professionals around the world. Using the Internet and affinity based marketing techniques there will no longer be a premium on location of workers nor affiliation with entrenched corporate entities. Creativity will flourish and relationships across national and cultural boundaries will grow. The dominance of advertising and design houses will evaporate and the era of one hundred million "spec" freelancers will commence! See http://www.amazon.com/Crowdsourcing-Power-Driving-Future-Business/dp/0307396207 for a quick but thorough read on the subject.
