A life-time learner and a serial entrepreneur. A self-challenger and a problem resolver. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and my minor in Psychology. After working for couple years, I pursued my Master's degree in US, actually, degrees: Environmental Engineering and Quantitative Analysis in Operation Management. It took me seven years to recognize that I didn't have talent in Environmental Industry but just a quarter to show my gift in Quantitative Analysis and Optimization. After a decade of working in the Finance Industry, I decided to jump out of my comfort zone. I encountered a lot interesting people and exchanged fun ideas. I turned some ideas into new business with cost-effective solutions, such as making a standardized Chinese Fast Food menu and recipe for a varieties of brick-and-mortar Chinese To-Go restaurants, and transferring the home therapy and customized education of Autism in a Robot system etc.

Sparking ideas are everywhere! But ideas also need translation. We get help naturally from co-workers, friends, family members and strangers to interpret and polish good ideas, while on TEDx, ideas can be spread precisely, widely and effectively. I am one of the beneficiary from these videos. TED platform showcases million brilliant people and amazing ideas. I feel honored to be a member of this big family.
