About Chad
Bio
Chad is a partner at SecondMuse, responsible for strategy and team development. Additionally, Chad works on the startup of new initiatives that advance prosperity and human well-being. He is actively working with many global organizations including NASA, the World Bank, Intel, Danone, USAID, and the US State Department. Prior to working with SecondMuse, Chad was CEO of a company that built learning and knowledge management platforms and courses for clients including IBM, Motorola, 3M and General Electric. Chad is motivated by a belief that the fundamental purpose of business is to contribute to the betterment of the world and the advancement of civilization. Towards this end, Chad, along with the entire SecondMuse team, is pursuing a systematic approach to learning that seeks to understand the role of the enterprise in generating a collective, global prosperity. Chad has a deep interest in the study and application of collaboration and co-creation, which he sees as a way for organizations and governments to come together to tackle complex problems.
