Why is global health always on damage control? Why non-convetioinal solutions allow people to learn? How interdisciplinary communication drives society?

As a first semester freshman, I was conversing about and idea on a run with the college president. This seeded a journey that celebrated my belief, an idea is a powerful thought, and learning is a life long endeavor. A year and half later, inscribed on my retina and locked in my ears is a constructive argument between two audience members following TEDxCornellCollege. Standing in the back of the audience, as Organizer & Curator, I was able to witness and appreciate interdisciplinary communication seeded by Ideas presented on the stage. My mission was to create an environment where provocative ideas were shared, inspiring new solutions and ideas, and resulting in people understanding each other and the world in which they live. In completing my mission, my goals for the future begin to take shape.
