I graduated from UCLA with a masters degree in social work and provided individual and family counseling for a number of years in Los Angeles. I have worked in the field of violence prevention and victim services for the last 12 years, most recently being the President/CEO of a rape crisis center/domestic violence center. I am the Co-Founder/Director of a non profit organization called Resources Unite that empowers community members to change the way we change the world. I spend a great deal of time consulting with non profit organizations and providing trainings internationally.
