With a diverse background in sales, management, and business ownership, Janice has the experience to share the "road map to success" in both sales and management skills. Her passion lies in helping others succeed starting with being a "connector with confidence"! Many say she is an expert at developing, training and mentoring teams to increase the overall business. Additionally, her strength is in hiring practices and building a culture that delivers a high level of guest experience and team cohesiveness thus furthering the retention of successful hires and limiting the negative impact of turnover. Furthermore, she is passionate about assisting companies with diagnosing the level of trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and attention to results that exist within their team. She is a Certified Practitioner of DISC, has been a member of IAAPA HR Committee since 2017, an active member of Toastmasters and several local Chambers of Commerce, Alumni of Leadership Medina Class of 2016, Alumni of Dale Carnegie, Alumni of Tom Hopkins. Janice resides in Medina, Ohio with her husband Ed of 31 years and children Matthew and Sarah. I am an avid Ted fan who listens to inspirational and motivational like-minded speakers to continue my quest of learning. My ultimate goal is to be a TED speaker. My first step in that journey was hosting my first TEDx event December of 2019.

Over the years I have passion for developing and seeing the God-given talent within people to strive for their best. My ultimate passion is mentoring teens. As a business owner who has employed hundreds of teens, I have had the honor of mentoring, coaching, and developing these young adults that now hold high-level leadership positions for top Fortune 100 companies. There is so much untapped potential that often employers dismiss their abilities due to age. They are missing an unbelievable amount of opportunity by investing in these young adults and molding them into lifelong team members.
