Bio

The official blurb...... Dr. Caddick is Neuroscience Advisor to Lord Sainsbury of Turville and his charitable foundation, The Gatsby Charitable Foundation. Formerly the Executive Director of the Center for Neuroscience Initiatives (CNI) at Columbia University Medical Center, she is a neuroscientist who has held leadership roles in private and public grant-making organizations where she has been responsible for the development, oversight and restructuring of strategic, operational and grant-making activities. External roles include: member, Science Advisory Board, Science Museum, London, Trustee, UK arm of the New York Academy of Sciences and member, Governing Council of the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre at University College London. Before pursuing a career in medical and scientific grant-making and policy, Dr. Caddick was engaged in biomedical research at Duke University Medical Center and the Medical College of Virginia. She holds a Ph.D. in neuroscience from the University of Southampton, U.K., and a B.Sc. from the University of Portsmouth, U.K. Unofficially.. well, ask me!
