Lori Ridgway

Lori Ridgway is the Director of Workforce Training for Central Wyoming College, offering 20+ years of experience in the sales and service industry. Prior to joining the college, Lori gained experience working for several large corporations as well as operating as a sole proprietor in real estate. Lori is a certified trainer and facilitator for Development Dimensions International, providing more than 50 competency-based training courses for leaders, workforce, and customer service providers. She is also a licensed facilitator of Franklin Covey’s Leading at the Speed of Trust programs. She designs and delivers custom trainings in the areas of Management, Communication, Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator, Team Building, and Leadership. Lori earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication as well as her Masters of Arts Degree in Adult Education from the University of Wyoming. Lori is a Certified Workforce Development Professional.
