Reflective, open-minded, pro-active, a poet, an artist and music composer, these words can be used to describe Catherine Delight. She is passionate, zealous, diligent and puts in her time to excel in whatever she does. Catherine Delight has served as the Vice president of Ashesi Project Management Club with a demonstrated history of working in the performing arts industry. She is skilled in Journalism, Performing Arts, Leadership, Performance Poetry, and Team Management. She has worked as the producer for Ashesi University's First Podcast called The Minds at Ashesi. Catherine is a former TEDx Speaker and has gone on to become the Licensee and Lead organizer for the first-ever TEDx event at Ashesi University. Catherine holds a certificate in counselling and psychology from the East African Institute of Professional counselling and is constantly willing to give her time in understanding people as part of her ability to connect with any individual. She served as a resident assistant for On campus housing at Ashesi University which gave her the opportunity to demonstrate her leadership skills. Delight’s ability to work well with people and organize events has generated an interest for project management which she hopes to continue to explore as she delves into her career. Her passion is to integrate music with technology and bring out a new sound to the music industry. Catherine is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science - BS focused in Management Information Systems at Ashesi University.
