Bio

I am a passionate visionary, change agent and business leader. I have a track record commercializing early-stage initiatives to drive business transformation and growth in complex and fast-paced environments. I have a 20 year career as a marketing leader in tech, bringing order to chaos by integrating GTM strategy with efficient marketing operations and smart tools, optimizing for measurable business outcomes at scale. I excel at helping cloud enterprise businesses maximize customer and partner engagement and profitability, as well as designing technical business development practices to support go-to-market strategy and professional services. I create the vision and rapidly execute by putting together the right people, processes, and technology. In 2018 I founded Knack Collective, one of only 0.1% of agencies in the US founded by women. Knack is a consultative B2B marketing agency. We help clients increase customer engagement, and partner profitability through repeatable, scalable marketing and sales programs. As CEO and Head of Business Strategy, I own the business results, delivering best in class products and services helping our clients solve complex business problems by modernizing their go to market strategies and innovating their marketing operations practices.

I'm passionate about

Breaking barriers and building companies where we bring an abundance mindset and work toward mutually beneficial outcomes. I believe everyone has a meaningful contribution to make, and it is the collective of these unique voices and experiences that lead to great ideas and meaningful outcomes. I am fierce advocate for women entrepreneurs, women owned businesses and creating greater opportunities for everyone to succeed in business, but particularly women and other underrepresented (BIPOC, LGBTQIA+) communities in business leadership.

An idea worth spreading

Beauty is self-care.

The TED story

I attended my first TedWomen event in 2019, just prior to the pandemic. It was so incredibly inspiring to be around so many great people and ideas.
