I-Jin Chew

Am presently designing my ‘next stage’ of creative impact - exploring where curiosity will lead me and how my experience can be brought to bear on shaping attitudes to nature, ecological land use management, history and conservation in built environments. As an architectural practitioner and educator, I have variously designed residences, schools and community buildings, taught architecture and most recently led the Singapore-based team of a global hospitality design practice. I have also been involved in competitive sports, recycling efforts, writing and volunteered in an organisation dedicated to the research and advocacy for gender equality.
