Luis Gustavo Flores Carballo, 30 years of age, born 07-24-1987. I did my elementary studies in Academia Americana in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. I did my High school studies in the same institution. I've lived in 3 different Countries and thanks to that experience i could say i have adopted different behavior patterns that allow me to adapt quickly in any given environment. I lived in the US for a year and a half and One year in Belgium. I gain my first Degree in Unitec (SPS, Honduras) in 09 and graduated from my second Degree in finance 4 years ago. My labor journey has been quite short i worked in 3 different enterprises during my job career and in 2010 two friends and i decided to become entrepreneur we have been working together for 3 years now and it is going great we have developed a concept that in our region is very innovative. started in our friends garage and then we kept working and building our way up to what we are right now. It has been amazing the things i've learned in these journey, as co-founder i dedicate myself to read a lot about product management and social media marketing i've been studying for some years now this topics. I've read different gurus like seth godin,scott straten, lauren kauffman, john janst among other marketing leaders and then i got to know Ted.I have been watching TED since 2010 and it has literally changed my mindset in every aspect of my life i love to learn, live and laugh and certainly i believe that with constant work and discipline eventually the opportunities come and you have cherish it and take advantage of it. During my life i have been searching for greatness always i am very competitive same time i believe that humbleness is necessary for a simple and better life. My morals and values are very strong and i have wonderful people around that help me a lot to grow and be better.

My Ted story began in 2010 when we started our little venture and we started to buy books and investigate different sources that could help us guide a very strong and well oriented concept of what we wanted to do and so we got to see TED and the first TED i saw was Jeff Bezos speaking about the evolution in technology i was stunned and after that i started to navigate and watch more and more videos that nowadays is a daily task for me. Watch at least one video and enjoy it
