I mentor 10 extremely successful, carefully chosen clients – including CEOs, celebrities, a philanthropist, and a small number of other top-drawer movers, shakers and shapers – all the best in their chosen fields. My current clients are based in London, Hollywood, Silicon Valley, Lagos, Sydney and Dubai. In 2012, I will launch a new, exclusive, private network - THE ROCKET CLUB - which will focus on the unmet networking, learning and development needs of an exclusive wider group of 100 movers, shakers and shapers; the next generation of leaders, and their enterprises. Fourteen years ago, I founded what would become, under my stewardship, the world’s leading CEO mentoring organisation. I sold it to a MBO in Q3 2010. In this era, when the world is being engulfed with overwhelming fundamental economic, political and social changes – membership of a private confidential and safe network of likeminded professionals such as THE ROCKET CLUB will be essential. Throughout my career as a mentor, I have constantly asked my clients, “What’s missing?” and, “What do you need to do differently?” My clients and I have thoroughly searched for, and found, the answers to those questions. All leaders need a mentor, someone who is outside of their day to day circle who is objective, impartial, wise and experienced who has no conlicts of interest or hidden agenda who can act as a confidential sounding board. All leaders need to be a mentor too!
