I am passionate about creating experiences that inspire and move people to take action towards their goals and dreams. My life goal is to cultivate passion, purpose and potential everywhere I go.

I believe that the spaces and places where we work can be environments where people thrive and can bring their best self to work. What do those environments look like and sound like and how can we work to create more environments like that? I would want to create opportunities for managers and supervisors to actually learn the skills necessary for supporting the people who work for them to perform at their best. I find that many people that are put in management and supervising positions haven't had enough or effective training to do a good job at what they do. Happy workers are motivated workers, are more effective and more productive. Hire people you trust, give them the freedom to be creative and create the conditions for inspiration to flourish. People spend a great deal of their life at work and I believe that these places can cultivate passion, purpose and potential by providing effective professional development.
