Experience: 1- Worked as medical doctor in Iraqi governmental hospitals 2- Al-rasheed primary health care center Job title: medical doctor # supervised the health education unit. # Organized many health education activities and events like world rabies day, global hand washing day, stop violence against women campaign, breast cancer awareness campaign and quit smoking campaign. # Organized many donation campaigns to collect money and used clothes to support poor and displaced families in al-rasheed district. # stablished first aid training school in al-rasheed primary health care center, this done with support and funding by provincial reconstruction team “ Baghdad (PRT-B), US embassy-Baghdad and trained many men and women to be first aiders. # Organized and supervised a campaign called "first aid box for each school" # participated in the regular visits to the local police station to check the health status of detainees and prisoners. # participated in the vaccination campaigns in rural areas. # Designed many health education materials like leaflets, posters, movies and t-shirts. # Organized blood donation campaign to help victims of terrorist attacks. # Participated in the implementation of family medicine program in the clinic. # Participated in the medical camps which organized by al-mahmodeyia primary health care sector (Iraqi ministry of health) to provide health care to the visitors of holy shrine in Karbala and Baghdad. # my last project while I was working in the clinic is "mobile mammography clinic" for rural areas in Baghdad, its main task to do screening for breast cancer, I wrote the feasibility study of the project and working with (PRT-B) and Iraqi ministry of health to get financial support for the project. 3- Baghdad teaching hospital (medical city complex).
