Bio
Christian Nakazawa is a high school senior at McDonogh School in Owings Mills, MD, who enjoys exploring the latest advances in cognitive science, as well as applying the analytic rigor of philosophy to think creatively about current public policy issues and future trends. For the past two summers, he has worked as a lab assistant with the Program in Neuro and Cognitive Science at the University of Maryland’s School of Medicine and as a volunteer sailing instructor for disadvantaged youth with the Downtown Sailing Center in Baltimore. When he is not interviewing candidates for his website, Proscientia – a forum which allows great scientific thinkers to share their philosophical world views—Christian can be found running varsity cross country or performing with the Institute for Shakespeare and Renaissance Studies.
