As the person who excited with TED, I have a little story with TED experience. I know TED at the first time from my friend in Jakarta, Indonesia. I browsed about TED in the internet and I found a lot of inspiring thing. I watched a lot of inspiring video in the TED’s site. I watched the video of Bill Gates, Sujiwo Tedjo from TEDx Bandung, about yoyo from TEDx Tokyo,etc. I do like the TED’s vision which is spread worth idea to others. It gives a chance to every one to spread their idea. As we know that everyone has a worth idea. Idea that can make a break through in the world. But how we connect every idea that still hidden in every human head ?? we dont know what is their idea if we dont have a forum to share it. In this case TED offers a forum which gives a chance to every one no matter their background to share their idea. In my opinion, if there is TED event in my city (Semarang, Central java, Indonesia), I believe that Semarang will be more alive.
