Abifarin R. Scott is Operations Superintendent, 56 Air Communications Squadron, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. As Operations Superintendent, he oversees the maintenance and sustainment of the $37 million Falconer Weapon System as well as oversight and direction into the Air Force’s premier Cyber Mission Defense Team. He leads 103 Airman & Civilians, managing 34 command and control systems over 7 US and Coalition networks while simultaneously developing strategic defensive cyber protect and defend capabilities. He advises senior leaders on communication, cyber and information operations effects for the 613th Air Operations Center, providing command and control over combat air, air mobility, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, space and cyber operations for the Pacific theater.
