Bio
An on/gyn by profession, a back injury in 2002 ended my clinical career started me on a path towards global public health. My nonprofit organization, We Care Solar, is bringing, clean solar energy, medical devices, lights and hope to 8,500 health facilities to support, safe childbirth. We  have supported safe deliveries for 14 million mothers and newborns, working towards the day when no woman dies giving life
