As co-founder of the first coworking space in his city, long-time TEDxCuenca organizer, and CEO of INTEGRAR, Fabián has dedicated his career to creating spaces where people feel empowered to imagine, learn, and build solutions together. His passion lies in helping others become part of the answer to the challenges facing our societies today—through creative, collaborative, and human-centered approaches. He has taught learners of all ages, from kindergarten children to postgraduate students, an experience that reshaped his view of traditional education. Convinced that learning must be alive, meaningful, and connected to real problems, he now works with teachers and communities across Ecuador and Argentina to introduce alternative, creativity-driven learning methods. Inspired by Sir Ken Robinson’s call to reimagine education, Fabián collaborates with a growing network across Latin America committed to bringing creativity, curiosity, and innovation back into classrooms and public spaces.
