I am a Vice Principal at a K-12 school in Mumbai and feel very passionate about the opportunity to guide students pave their future path. I enjoy sensitizing them towards different social cause. to look at education as means to gain knowledge and insight into different aspects of life.

I feel that we, being in our adulthood, have this core responsibility of forging and moulding the humans of tomorrow. Our succeeding generation, in general, has to become aware of our shortcomings and improvise on them, while at the same time retain this huge collection of knowledge that we have amassed over time, some recorded, while most of it thriving in the form of ‘humane’ experiences, wisdom and intellect that can only be absorbed or created over time. We have to pass on the age old teachings and values of integrity, tenacity, honesty, morality and humanity, and I suppose this particular process of handing over ‘our everything valuable’ to the next generation is something that I’m passionate about. Apart from that, I believe in workaholism and task completion, and the pumped feeling that one gets when one is working. I just hope to contribute to this world in a positive way, and I suppose the best way to do so, at least in my opinion, is by driving what I would call a ‘Knowledge Ecosystem’; a manifestation of a Knowledge based economy.
