As an engineering manager, award-winning dev, and Founder/President of the Women In Tech employee resource group at Relias, I'm passionate about creating amazing products and technology that make people's lives easier; however, more than that, I'm dedicated to making sure that the people who build those products reflect the diversity of the world we live in. Let's face it, robots are great and all, but they're not known for their empathy.
