Allen is currently plying his trade instilling and nurturing the Innovation & Entrepreneurship spirit among the Diploma students in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. As the Programme Manager (Innovations) of The Sandbox, Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Office of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Allen enjoys working with students and their crazy and brilliant ideas, offering mentorship, guidance and funding for aspiring young entrepreneurs. Allen's passions include understanding people, human behaviour and Internet culture & communications. A self-professed 'meme-lord', he revels in unpacking and explaining why memes are the way they are, and how they have become an online medium for politics, marketing and culture.
