My motto is "Give space for yourself with responsibility!" I was born and still living in Debrecen in Hungary, but like to travel in Europe = "glocal" and "learning lover". Graduated from University in 1992 in the field of agricultural sciences. I worked two years in foreign trade. After getting married and having three sons I have decided to go on with my studies and had my PhD in Management and Business Administration. From 2011 after taking a Team Mastery course working at Team Academy Debrecen as a team coach and helping pull type of learning. As social entrepreneurs we have an association, which helps the development of entrepreneur community through different programs and running the Debrecen HUB.

Thinking about life as an enterprise, and create value from value.

Having a family and being a mother is the best thing in the world :)

I love to live in Debrecen, what I missed is citizens with responsibility for their future and collaborating communities. I looked for ways how I can help this change, when I have read the YES Magazine and there was a sentence - "start to organize TED type events" to build the community you miss. That is the starting point of our TEDx story :)
