He is personally an investor or advisor for several startup companies and he holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

I'm passionate about

New ideas for solving big problems, currently working on homelessness, creative startups, compelling strategies, pizza, travel, good nightlife, people.

An idea worth spreading

Teaching children during K-12 important life skills such as logic, communication, project planning, etc. so they can be competent adults. Campaign Finance Reform Establishing standards for what media content is allowed to use the word "news" Getting the largest players in a city or region to work together on one, unified plan to address homelessness, instead of fragmented efforts, which is the status quo for many places. Outlawing non-biodegradable, single-use plastics - it shouldn't even be a discussion. Costs don't go up, they just become visible (and it's sustainable).

Areas of expertise

benefit corporations, family offices, homelessness, nonprofits, platform business models, Startups, venture studios
