I am an educator, an artist, a food activist, and an enthusiast. I solve problems and I help people carve out strategies for success while maintaining compassion. It means that through my educating, art, and other work, I work for people. I work to help all ages understand history, art, and science; I work to share the minutia of this world through my art; I work to help people understand the impact of food and waste. In all that I do, I strive to solve social problems collaboratively, with an eye towards empathy, education, and future progress. I am driven to seek out solutions to human and environmental problems while working with people to create a healthier future. I value human capital, ideas, strategic thinking, creativity, and interdisciplinary collaboration – but most of all, I value people.

Ending food waste, educating the next generation, inspiring others to take action

I believe that helping students learn about and become passionate about global and national issues - especially food waste and distribution - is an idea that's very much worth spreading.
