Mirza Jahanzeb Beg is a distinguished psychologist, researcher, and author specializing in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, and artificial intelligence (AI) in mental health. With expertise in psychopathology, research methods, and human behavioral disorders, he has published more than a dozen scientific research articles and editorials, authored two books, and contributed extensively to national and international journals, magazines, and newspapers. His insights on AI in psychotherapy were recently featured on Deutschlandradio (Radio Germany), a national German public radio broadcaster with over 35 Million listeners annually along with scientists from prestigious global Institution from USA, UK and Europe. He has worked with Stanford World's Top 2% researchers in mental health and collaborated with researchers from prestigious institutions of national importance like JIPMER, AIIMS and NIMHANS. A recipient of a Gold Medal in Clinical Psychology, he also has training in Diplomacy, International Law, and United Nations procedures from the University of New South Wales, Sydney and has been mentored by Nobel Prize Laurate and President of Timor-Leste, Dr. José Ramos-Horta. His doctoral thesis focused on the application of artificial intelligence in mental health. Beyond academia, he has a keen interest in technology, policy, geopolitics, poetry, music, mysticism and philosophy.
