For years, I was just like many others—an enthusiastic spectator, captivated by the power of TEDx talks to spark new ideas and challenge perspectives. I wasn’t just watching; I was a strong supporter, believing in the potential of these events to inspire change. Then, in 2018, everything shifted. What had started as a small university event—TEDxSSC—was ready to take a bold step forward. The vision expanded, the audience grew, and the event evolved into TEDxCatania, embracing a larger stage and a bigger mission. That’s when I was called to join the team, to help shape this new chapter alongside the original organizers. From that moment on, I wasn’t just watching from the audience—I was behind the scenes, working to bring ideas worth spreading to life. And now, in 2025, we’re back. The journey continues, proving that great ideas, just like great communities, never stop evolving.
