Leading in our day and age is overvalued.
Yes, let's encourage our youth to be leaders, creators, trendsetters. Let's encourage our youth to build from the ground up, but let them not forget the value in being a part of a team, supporting the visions of others, and developing humility through true pride in supporting the accomplishments of others, of those for whom they care.
