Benson is committed to his resolve to bring the global celebration to Nigerian ingredients which he achieves by continually championing and fighting for Nigerian cuisine everywhere.
His love for food and a keen interest in exploring several pallets has led him to travel across multiple countries to explore multiple presentations of iconic national cuisines. He has eaten at World50Best restaurants and been served by Michelin Starred chefs from across the world.
Benson is a champion of zero food waste and is always working to bring awareness to the cause. Benson is the founder, editor-in-chief of the Weekly Gastronomy, a digital journal & sassy podcast that intricately explores the relationship between food, culture, and the society we live in.
