Defined as a restless person, I'm constantly innovating and reinventing myself. I love to know my "confort zone", so I can just avoid it. Proactive, flexible and objective oriented are probably the most relevant characteristics of my persona. Finally, I'm constantly thinking outside the box. Professional Project Manager (PMP), Electronic Engineer from University Simon Bolivar (Venezuela), long trajectory in Telecom projects, wide multinational/multicultural experience, I have worked in different countries in South America and Europe. I have had the chance to lead teams of over 30 members and projects of over 10 MMUSD. Currently working for Telefonica Global Solutions as the Supplier/Partner Relationship Manager. Leading a multicultural team in order to obtain the best of the company suppliers. I also belong to a corporate innovation team. Co-organizer of TEDxPlazaCibeles 2011 (Madrid) and Curator of TEDxTelefónica 2012 (Madrid). These events had shown me that live is a lot more than the cubicle I have been locked into for the past few years. Live is wider, crueler, prettier and a lot more complex. Definetly, live is all about sharing Constantly looking into new challenges to keep my life to a maximum. I believe in time/task management, responsibility and modern work environments.

Life, people and new professional challenges

Break down the rules. So far corporate ruling has dominated the professional work environment for decades. The generation X & Y has proven that these rules don't appply anymore thus we keep having the CEO's and General Managers stock in an old fanioned world. Teamwork, collaborative enviroments, freedom, objective focused work, personal life alignment are the keys for the success of the new enterprises that are to dominate tomorrows future.

Once upon a time. Rafael Salazar came with the idea of a TEDx... so what is TED? From that point on, everything changed in my life. From my perspective of the world and objectives towards my future. TED has made me reinvent myself towards a better future.
