Melania is Program Manager for the Global Investment Team at 500 Global. 500 Global is a venture capital firm with more than $2.7 billion in assets under management that invests in founders building fast-growing technology companies. We invest in the world’s potential, with a focus on markets where technology, innovation, and capital can unlock long-term value and drive economic growth. Prior to joining 500, Melania spent over a decade in finance and venture capital investing roles across the US, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, she was Director of Investor Relations for Unreasonable. She has consulted with F500 companies on their corporate innovation and advised venture-backed startups on their fundraising strategy and international expansion. Prior to that, she invested strategic capital into rapidly growing start-ups affiliated with Oxford University, as part of the Oxford Angel Fund in San Francisco and was also Vice President for HSBC’s Venture Capital coverage team. Melania is the Founder and Curator of TEDxCheltenham, and the author of several books. She holds a BA and MA in Economics and Management from Oxford University.
