I am the executive vice chairman of the Conrad Prebys Foundation, committed to creating a more inclusive, equitable add dynamic region. We are the largest foundation in San Diego granting $50MM annually in the areas of arts & culture, healthcare, medical research, and youth success. I serve as mentor- coach to nonprofit executive directors and 16 CEOs wanting to become better leaders, making better decisions, and getting better results for themselves their family and their community. I was the founder/volunteer CEO of six nonprofit organizations and president of an international philanthropic organization.
