I believe in conversation that helps people develop their decision making process and apply it to their everyday lives, conversation that allows people to explore and understand the variety of perspectives in a diverse community. I believe in conversation that inspires leadership, encouraging people to be confident and to know that they are capable of making change. I believe in conversation that fosters people to listen, to question, to think, to dig deeper, and to try to obtain a better understanding about themselves, about their peers, and about the world.
