My soft skills, public speaking, situation handling, debates, communication skills, personality, and leadership qualities often leave people at awe. Being responsible position holders at various organizations, besides being a winner at various fields boosts up my confidence to aim for more. My hobbies are really the things that I'm passionate about, like singing, gardening, writing, public speaking and many others. I am very much passionate about leadership, and teamwork and smart work, besides hard work.

Humanity, being the key of our human lives, the courage that is the main motive, should enlighten us all. In this world full of negativity, it is we, our positive opinions alone, that will help to enlighten every other person. What is not happening in this world? Starting from the first woman in space to the women being raped, everything has taken a drastic form. What remains is the positive approach that we can take up to handle every situation at hand. The main idea should be the idea of spreading messages, of spreading awareness. More people should be out in the real world, more ideas of creating something new, something that would change perspectives of many, something that would bring out the reality in everything, and something that would help us reach greater heights, should come up.

Our institute has been organizing TEDx event, for the last 2 years. The first year, i was among the audience, but the second year, I was among the volunteers organizing the TEDx event. That year, the experience that i gained taught me a lot. We could bring up the best audience for the best speakers on stage, and provide them the best hospitality. The team work ad the success inspired me more to take up the responsibility this year. So here i am.

Empathizing people, at work place or in relationships, forgiving mistakes in order to give more and more chances to go beyond what anyone can do, taking decisions by thinking critically, and judging properly.
