I have raised 3 super amazing children and have had the joy of seeing them all graduate from college and start their own successful lives as adults. Being the ring leader of our family as a Mom has been my focus for many years. But yippee! I have now graduated from that life! I have worked for the last ten years starting a mainframe computer software company with my husband. Our company has a focus on the 60% of the world's data that still resides on the mainframe and how we can bring that information to the web in a form that both gives you the information but also provides it in a format that is modern. I am an active yogi, (Bikram, Ashtanga and Hatha.) I am a painter of hearts. And my heart is always with my true love and husband of 28 years!

I am passionate about my family, religion, art and yoga. My yoga practice actually enhances my other passions!

Getting quiet within ones self enough to know "what is my conversation with the world suppose to be." We all have so many gifts to offer that so often get lost in the hectic lives that we lead. What would happen if we taught children from a young age to sit quietly. Sit and listen to the beating of their hearts......the sounds of their breath. What dreams, confidence and passion could arise from truly listening to our own individual "conversation with the universe."
