Professor of the Department of Analytical Chemistry at the University of Cádiz, where he teaches Oenology classes. He is truly in love with his work because it allows him to satisfy many of his concerns both professionally and personally. He considers himself an adventurous person and in his free time he loves to travel, which is why he has visited numerous countries and has known different cultures. This, he assures, has allowed him to open his mind and grow, both personally and professionally. His great passions are cinema and reading, in addition to the Cádiz Carnival, of which he has been an active protagonist for many years (it is not difficult to find him singing in the street during the carnival week). A great friend of his friends and an optimistic person if ever there was one, he is convinced, just as that famous poet said, that life is the best thing ever invented.
