Dreams It is said that our dreams define us and mine definitely express the person I am I m also passionate about sports Fencing is my middle name and I wouldn't imagine my life without it It is a sport of majesty and grace or as some like to describe : It is a physical CHESS (and just by the way I happen to love chess as well) And finally I am passionate about food and cooking I enjoy my time in the kitchen that s when I feel the most innovative creative and comfortable

Healthy lifestyle is a way of living and sharing healthy recipes is an amazing passion. You don t have to be a vegan all you need is to be aware of what you re eating: the saying goes "you are what you eat " So if we take a moment to improve what we re eating everyday if we could only put more into our breakfast lunch and dinner meals we will notice the change and impact on our lives we ll even notice a boost in our self- confidence . Have the courage to start a change and it all starts with fixing your eating habits!!

I remember staying up late at night ,when at everyone at home already fell asleep, watching TED talks scrolling through the amazing inspirational videos and getting up the next morning determined to change and improve to achieve my little goals and dream about my bigger ones
