Mr. Soenen is the Chairman and CEO of EmergencyLink, LLC the world’s most advanced emergency response service, a venture he founded in 2011. Mr. Soenen previously served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of FTD Group, Inc., a leading provider of floral and specialty gift products and services to consumers and retail florists, from 2004 until the Company’s acquisition in 2008. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of FTD, Inc. from 2002 to 2004, President and CEO of FTD.com from 1999 to 2002 and Vice President of Marketing of FTD, Inc. from 1997 to 1999. Prior to FTD, Inc., Mr. Soenen worked at Perry Capital, LLC., a leading hedge fund and private equity firm from 1996-1997 and Salomon Brothers Inc., a leading investment bank from 1993-1996. Mr. Soenen also served on the Board of Directors of Rewards Network, Inc. and Youbet.com from 2008-2010 and OptionsXpress from 2008-2011. He and currently serves on the Board of Marathon Data Corp, All Weather, Inc. and Motorsport Aftermarket Group. Mr. Soenen is a 1992 graduate of Kalamazoo College and is a 2011 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
