Zhang Chen lives and works in both Shanghai and Hong Kong, China. He is a business presentation advisor / public speaking coach for many Fortune-500 corporations. Skilled in public speaking training over 15 years, he has helped more than 500 companies and over 50,000 employees to improve their presentation skills. He is also the founder of Top Talents Limited Hong Kong. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master degree in Physics, studied in Boston and worked for Intel in Silicon Valley for a couple of years before he became a professional trainer. Because he was touched by the passions and ideas of TED speakers, he wished to make contributions to this non-profit organization to spread great ideas in China.

As a business presentation advisor and public speaking coach, I provide consultant service for many companies. And I enjoy working with people from different areas and we can always come up with new ideas. During the conversations I make with others, my horizons get wild open. I am an extroverted person since I was a kid. I always like have conversations with different people because I get to learn from them in different aspects. When I worked in Intel in silicon velly in 2007 as an engineer, I just discovered that I didn’t want to deal with the machines in the rest of my life. That’s why I decided to quit my job and started to be a coach for presentation. Of course it has been a long journey since then. But I have come to a position that I’m passionate about: to teach people how to do a good presentation. Every time I see the change I have brought to the employees in different companies, I feel satisfied and self-realized. I enjoy this sense of achievement.

in Mar,2017, I participated the event of TEDx Suzhou. I was inspired by the speakers on the stage. The theme of the event was "Time will see" and the speakers invited gave lots of thougts and great ideas of the theme. Since then I started to follow TEDx and TED talks on websides and in the fields and I also participated other TEDx events after that. On 2020 Nov 8th I held TEDxWukangRd event successfully and I received the praise from the audience which strengthen my mind to continure to organize TEDx events.
