For over a decade, I have been not only a tireless TEDx organizer but also an independent crossover consultant, focusing on topics ranging from innovation education, organizational leadership, social entrepreneurship, climate action, urban anthropology to lifelong learning, and providing solution services such as dynamic facilitation tools, quality audiovisual content and advanced collaborative networking through storytelling, concept design, event planning, community building and gamification bootcamps targeted to individuals, the public and industry. understanding humanity...

My journey as a TEDx organizer was inspired by coming across the talk given by my academic advisor in a local event called TEDxMälaren in Sweden, while preparing my master's thesis in the winter of 2010. In 2011, I started applying for my first license in Chongqing, called TEDxHongyadong, and then upgraded to city-level TEDxChongqing after attending TEDActive in 2014. Due to some work and life changes, my family moved to Chengdu after 2016, then I started a new TEDxChengdu series. To date, I have organized over 30 TEDx events and helped create impactful TEDx talks for more than 200 leaders in different fields. Additionally, I have spearheaded in organizing three TEDx China organizer workshops in Chongqing in July 2015, Fuzhou in April 2017, and Shanghai in January 2019, and served as the fifth TEDx China Ambassador from January 2016 to April 2020, making my efforts to regional TED/TEDx brand advancing and community developing. TEDx is the key part of my lifelong learning, and there are many more chapters is yet to be written. (Updated in May of 2023)
