Bio

Graduated from HEC Business School in Paris in 2001, I left France almost immediately for what has now become my home town: Barcelona! I worked 4 years managing strategy and organization projects in hospitals throughout Europe with Antares Consulting (a spanish consulting company specialized in healthcare and social work). I traveled 6 months in Asia (India, China and Southeast India) and back from there, decided to shift my career towards development. I then joined Intermon Oxfam (the spanish Oxfam branch) to set up the entire humanitarian action unit. I experienced field work in Ethiopia as Finance and HR Manager of their refugee camp project over there. Back in Europe, I joined Ashoka France to organize their 30th anniversary in June 2011 and identify social entrepreneurs in affordable housing. Now I am back in Barcelona setting up the A Factor to give visibility to gamechangers through events, storytelling and learning journeys. I especially coach women speakers to balance the stage of international events. I set up Shiftbalance.org to showcase solutions with impact on gender balance. And I curate Tedxbarcelonawomen and I love it :)
